The dissemination of project results are seen as an integral part of the current project which runs through the lifeline of the project starting from the initial stages of the preparation of the proposal, the development of the project and even after its completion. Dissemination has a key role to play for the extent of the impact of the project on the participants, target groups and stakeholders at different levels.
Spain – Seminar on Social and Market Inclusion
The project was presented at an exploitation seminar of the network for Social and Market Inclusion through Language Education (SMILE) which was held on October 14th, 2016 at TRYP Valencia Oceanic Hotel in Valencia, Spain. 40 participants attended the seminar.

Spain – Dissemination Events
Other dissemination event took place in Naples (Italy) on the 1st of March (01.03.2016), in the framework of the GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE EUROPEAN NETWORK EURORESO , with 35 participants from 28 EUROPEAN ORGANISATIONS involved in European projects.
Another dissemination event took place in VALENCIA (SPAIN), on the 10.03.2016, in the framework of the EXECUTIVE BOARD OF UCEV (EDUCATIONAL COOPERATIVES COMUNIDAD VALENCIANA), in order to introduce the project to MEMBERS REPRESENTATIVES OF LEARNING / TEACHING COOPERATIVES, 10 EDUCATIONAL ORGANISATIONS participated.
Cyprus – Educational Fair
Presentation of the project at the International Educational Fair of Cyprus 2017 “Education and Career”, organized by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus and the Chamber of Commerce (KEBE), between the 17th and 19th of February in Nicosia.
Cyprus – Conference
The V-UPGRATeS project was presented at the Conference “Digital skills for new jobs: prospects and challenges” that was organized by Emphasys Centre, last Monday 3rd of April. During the conference Dr Christos Dimopoulos, Dean, Associate Professor of Computer Science and Engineering of the European University Cyprus gave a speech about the importance of digital acquisition for all citizens regardless of their age, position or status in society. Dr Dimopoulos emphasized the importance of being a digital literate educator who can is capable of not only using technology, but can also use tools and media to motivate students of all ages.
First Multiplier Event in Spain
The first Multiplier Event of the project took place in Valencia, 10/4/2017. Participants from VET organisations were informed about the project and expressed their interest in participating to the training.
Dissemination in Thessaloniki.
Fernando Benavente introduced the v-UPGRATES project to members of the Erasmus+ SKILL IT consortium. The event took place on 23rd of March 2017 and 13 participants were present – from United Kingdom, Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Czech Republic and Spain.

Dissemination during an ERASMUS+ teacher training course
In Budapest 20 teachers from 5 countries gathered (23. – 30. April 2017) in order to take part in an Erasmus+ KA1 teacher further training, topic: prevention of early school leaving. The colleagues came from Croatia, Germany, Turkey, Hungary and Romania. M. Jens presented the v-UPGRATES project at the seminar venue DokuArt on April 28th. Some of the teachers and headmasters uttered their interest to become part of the v-UPGRATES network.

Presentation of the V-UPGRATeS Project at the 1st Annual Competition Robotex
The V-UPGRATeS project was presented to more than 2000 visitors at the 1st annual Robotex competition. Students, Parents, Teachers, Professors had the opportunity to learn about the project, its aims and objectives and they were given information about the upcoming pilot testing.
